Refund Policy

JustEat Group Pty Ltd (ABN 97 134 366 662), trading as Just Eat, is bound by Australian Consumer Law to provide refunds in certain circumstances. This policy sets out our obligations.

We are not required to provide you with a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description relied upon when ordering;
  • is not fit for consumption; or
  • has not been supplied.

To obtain a refund or replacement, please contact us immediately, with your details and explain the basis of your refund request.

If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not replaced in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund, store credit or replacement.

Following approval by Just Eat management, the agreed amount will be refunded to you, subject to the payment method used in the original transaction. Any store credit, if requested by you, and held by us against a future order, will be valid for one (1) year from date granted.

All claims must be made within a reasonable time from the time of receipt, so we can respond appropriately to the request. For all claims, please contact our Catering Manager on 08 9481 2541 or by email on [email protected].
