GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
​Booking and Order Confirmation
Catering orders can be placed online, by email or by phone. Catering orders placed online or by email will receive a confirmation of booking.
Catering orders must be received by 1pm for next day delivery. Just Eat will always attempt to accommodate late orders & changes to order requests on the day of delivery, however menu choice may be limited.

Refund and Cancellation
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of catering orders. Payment in full is required for orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of requested delivery time. Orders rescheduled within 24 hours of original delivery date are also treated as cancellations.
Refunds will be processed promptly by the same method that payment was made. All refunds are made at the discretion of Just Eat management.
Please note that products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice.
Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please check our website for current product pricing, or contact our Catering Manager for an updated catering menu.
Payment
An invoice will be issued for all catering orders on the business day prior to delivery. Invoices will be emailed to the contact person placing the catering order, or to the accounts department if previously arranged.
Payment of invoices can be made by direct deposit (bank account details provided on invoice), or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Credit card payments will attract a 1.4% surcharge.
For all clients who do not have pre-approved credit terms, payment will be required on the business day prior to delivery.
For approved corporate clients, our standard terms are 7 days from date of invoice. Other account terms may be agreed by prior arrangement only. Please ensure any reference numbers or purchase order numbers are provided at the time of order placement.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the Perth CBD for all orders over $120.00, where delivery is requested between 7.30am and 2.30pm on weekdays. A delivery fee may be applied to orders less than the minimum value or required outside Just Eat delivery hours.
A delivery fee will be applicable for deliveries outside the Perth CBD, depending on your location.
All deliveries will be made by Just Eat employees.
Hot food platters may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to requested delivery time and cold food platters may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to requested delivery time.
Presentation
Catering will be delivered in disposable, recyclable catering boxes. Should you prefer catering to be presented on platters please contact our Catering Manager to discuss available options.
Hire of Equipment
Any hire equipment that is lost, damaged or broken will be charged to the client at replacement cost.
Dietary Requirements & Food Allergies
All food prepared in the Just Eat kitchen is done in accordance with the food standards set by Food Standards Australia.
Whilst all care is taken to accommodate any special dietary requests advised by our clients, due to production in a centralised kitchen where gluten, soy and nuts are present, there is a small risk that there may be traces of these allergens present in our food. Just Eat takes no responsibility for adverse reactions by any guests to the food prepared by us in the case of severe food allergies or intolerances.
Not satisfied with your catering?
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the catering you receive, please either call our Catering Manager or email [email protected] as soon as possible after receipt. Please detail your questions or concerns, noting that photos are very helpful to us in resolving any issue.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all products and services provided by JustEat Group Pty Ltd (trading as Just Eat),
ABN 97 134 366 662. Any purchase or catering order placed constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
